At Rowen & Wren, we want you to be delighted with your purchase, but if an item isn't quite right, you can return it to us within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure that all items are returned in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition.

  Carefully repackage your items, preferably in the original shipping box, ensuring the product is well-protected to prevent damage during transit.

  Dispatch the Parcel

  Affix the provided returns label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point, ensuring you obtain a proof of postage receipt.

  Processing & Refund

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 working days.
